I won’t lie. I win a lot of college football futures wagers each season. Every college season is loaded with winning propositions. Give me college football win totals any day of the year.
One thing is for sure. When you look up and down that college season win totals list, you’re looking at some great lines. You’ll also find some very interesting lines. Despite only winning 4 total games over the past two seasons and having only 1 winning season in the past 13 years, the UNLV Rebels win line is 3.5 this year. And if you look at a team, such as Georgia, which many feel is the best team in college football for 2008, their win total line is only 9. With other colleges ahead of Georgia, could this be a plum line?
In fact, a team like Boise State is ahead of Georgia. Boise State is currently forecast for 9.5 wins. I wasn’t expecting Boise State to actually win 10+ games this season.
